Our client was charged with a DWI where they administer a blood draw. Our attorney filed a notice of objection for chemical analysis. On May 11th, 2023, our client was dismissed on all charges before having to go to trial.



Our client was charged with DWI after submitting to a breathalyzer which resulted in a .15 BAC. Our skilled attorneys worked diligently for our client. When taking the case to trial on October 11th, 2022, in district court our attorney was able to have all charges dismissed.
