Victor Aguilar

Victor Aguilar was born in Houston, TX, but raised in Charlotte, NC. He is a graduate of the Military, Global Leadership, and Public Safety program at Hawthorne Academy and has taken multiple Public Safety, Law and Justice, and Leadership classes. During his high school career, Victor was involved with the Envision Academy, an internship offered by the CMPD, which exposes high school students to learn more about the law enforcement system within the city of Charlotte.

Victor was also a cadet with the Army JROTC program in high school. He was heavily involved in a leadership capacity within the program. Through this, not only did he uplift his character development and sharpen his leadership skills, but he also became a mentor for many people. His time in JROTC, it gave him a sense of purpose, knowing that he wanted to do something within his community and the Criminal Justice system in Charlotte.

After graduating high school, he moved on to East Carolina University, where he took classes in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Some of the classes that he took were American Government, Policing and Society, International Relations, and even Philosophy of Law. Through these classes and more, Victor found admiration for Criminal Justice and developed skills on how he could help his community.

Victor had many different passions; one long-lived passion he had was becoming an Immigration Attorney. While being in school, he thought of his parents and always kept in mind how helping his parents could be a gateway to helping the community of immigrants.

Victor is still inspired by the Criminal Justice sector and believes that through his role, he can make a difference to someone. Victor continues to become involved with Law and Justice. He plans on returning to school and starting off by obtaining an Associate's in Criminal Justice. He is currently researching different licenses that he can obtain during his time with Kimberly Saxton and Associates, PLLC.

While having free time and not in the office, Victor likes to go to Uptown Charlotte and take a walk. He also likes learning new things. Currently, he is studying Arabic at home! Apart from learning, he also likes to spend time with his friends and family. He loves road trips and loves to go to the mountains and beaches. He also likes listening to music and working out.
