Yesenia was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She was raised in a predominantly Spanish-speaking household. She graduated from North Mecklenburg High School.



After high school, Yesenia went straight into the workforce. She did various customer service jobs for six years until she became a legal assistant at Kimberly Saxton & Associates PLLC. Working in the legal force is a great deal for her, especially as a bilingual speaker. Being able to help others, or rather, being the bridge of communication for justice and equality, means a great deal to her as the daughter of Spanish-only-speaking parents.


She joined Kimberly Saxton & Associates PLLC because she hopes to gain knowledge and experience in the legal profession.

In the future, she wants to go back to school to become a court interpreter or a court reporter. She loves spending time with family and her dog. She enjoys reading and creative writing.
